I was honored to receive a scholarship from the Knight Foundation in Miami to attend Brainstation, formerly known as Wyncode. This opportunity allowed me to participate in an intensive 6-month Fullstack BootCamp program that culminated in a final project and a pitch presentation to a group of panelists.

Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge in a variety of technologies and methodologies. I learned Ruby and Ruby on Rails for back-end development, and honed my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Additionally, I worked with PostgreSQL for database management and utilized AJAX and JQuery to enhance user interactions on web applications. The curriculum also covered agile and test-driven development practices, providing me with a solid foundation in modern software development techniques.

This immersive program not only equipped me with the technical skills necessary for full-stack development but also prepared me to deliver a polished and professional project presentation, showcasing my ability to develop and pitch a complete web application from concept to execution.
