I was part of the engineering department and employed full-time as a Test Vehicle Operator responsible for operating engineering vehicles capable of dynamic audio and camera data collection for testing and training purposes. I perform testing, such as Smoke testing, AB testing, End-to-End testing, Smart Summons, and other types of testing to collect data and verify unreleased features are ready for production. I debug systems, prepare and operate engineering vehicle in designated areas and live environments for data validation or collection purposes (infotainment, ADAS, charging, etc). Created and analyzed daily reports of the data collected during shift. Provide feedback and ways of improvement. Take part in daily stand-up meetings and other track/testing-specific meetings. Checked that the vehicle was in proper and safe working order every day. Created daily reports delineating bugs, errors, and any issues found while testing and collecting data. Made daily data pushes to Teslas' servers with data collected

I took the lead in organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and Agile stand-up meetings, consistently enforcing SAFe Agile best practices and processes. My role also involved developing comprehensive decks and metrics that acted as catalysts for change and improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and challenging the team to achieve growth. Moreover, I collaborated with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) department to create detailed test plans for unreleased features. This included working closely with junior and senior testers to ensure the successful execution and implementation of these plans.

I was also entrusted with creating and presenting several patient and physician monthly reports to executives, highlighting critical data and insights.In addition to these responsibilities, I handled escalated complaints, working closely with the legal department to achieve favorable resolutions. I took the initiative to create three Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) policies: one for the escalated complaint process, one for the internal company survey process, and another for the physician transition survey process.
