In my role at MDVIP as a Project Coordinator, I collaborated with vendors, stakeholders, and executives to understand and analyze project requirements, effectively managing both technical and non-technical healthcare projects from start to finish. I ensured that physician and patient portal content was always up-to-date with relevant material, which facilitated better user engagement and satisfaction.A notable achievement was my key contribution to the physicians' auditing process and analysis, resulting in a 20% increase in physician compliance. I was also entrusted with creating and presenting several patient and physician monthly reports to executives, highlighting critical data and insights.In addition to these responsibilities, I handled escalated complaints, working closely with the legal department to achieve favorable resolutions. I took the initiative to create three Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) policies: one for the escalated complaint process, one for the internal company survey process, and another for the physician transition survey process. These policies streamlined processes and improved overall efficiency within the organization.
