During my time as a Project Coordinator, I collaborated closely with other Project Coordinators/Managers and department leaders to spearhead the strategy and execution of Experience Integration projects. A significant highlight of my experience includes the successful launch of their third cruise ship. I played a pivotal role in setting up roadmaps and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination with enterprise teams to align on testing, data, and product delivery. I took the lead in organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and Agile stand-up meetings, consistently enforcing SAFe Agile best practices and processes. My role also involved developing comprehensive decks and metrics that acted as catalysts for change and improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and challenging the team to achieve growth. Moreover, I collaborated with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) department to create detailed test plans for unreleased features. This included working closely with junior and senior testers to ensure the successful execution and implementation of these plans.
